   Honestly, the service was atrocious. We visited at 11 a.m. on 22 November 2025. There were four ladies behind the counter, and only one of them — the one with long hair — was actually helping customers. There were about four customers in the shop at that time. The lady with long hair was busy helping the customer in front of us, while the other three saw us but chose to ignore us. Two women wearing hijabs even looked directly at us and then continued with their chitchat. When the poor lady finally asked for help, one of the girls wearing a hijab came over very reluctantly and acted completely disinterested throughout the interaction. We remained polite the entire time, and we were the only ones who said “thank you” during the exchange.

   I ordered medication from Green Light Pharmacy and I’m extremely disappointed with the service. The pharmacy does not reply to emails and does not answer phone calls, no matter how many times you try to contact them. I’ve been left without my prescribed medication because I cannot get any response or support from them. For a pharmacy, this is unacceptable.patients rely on medication and communication. There is no customer service, no responsibility, and no urgency at all. Very poor experience.

   Booked a travel vaccine 1 week in advance. On arrival, we were told they didn’t have a trained pharmacist. Additionally, the staff were rude and not very helpful to find another option until asked to check another pharmacy.. in the end, no luck. Would avoid going here as it was a complete waste of time.

   I was a booking patient and they’ve send an email cancellation when i was there in time for my appointment!! I booked this days in advance and i received text reminders up to 30 mins prior the appointment! i also had to take time off from work to attend it and nobody will refund this spare time! YOU CAN NOT BE SO UNPROFESSIONAL AND POOR SERVICE! What if i was a 70 years old man struggling to walk?! No words!!!!!

   Booked and paid for an appointment with this pharmacy through patient access. Took time off work, made the hour and a half round trip, only to find they didn't offer that type of appointment. Tried to pass entire blame on patient access, but some responsibility must sit with the pharmacy as they didn't even know the login details to check appointments. It's easy to see how if this pharmacy no longer offers the service the information may not be passed on to partners.

   Bad service. Booked a flu jab for a specific time and then told it would be a 40-60 minute wait. Also didn’t accept a voucher enen though they were listed as a provider.

   This review is only for vaccine service. Had to go to work abroad and need prior vaccination. Had four of them in one go and it was real quick and barely feels anything. I generally faints with needles but I didn't for this occasion do I'll say they know what they are doing. Consultation prior to injection was very thoroughly done and instructions were made very clear. All vaccines were recommendations and patients got to accept or not.

   If you're in need of immunisations for an imminent trip you can't go far wrong with the travel clinic at the Green Light Pharmacy on Hampstead Road. They gave me advice on what injections I needed and the most cost effective approach for the longest coverage. I booked a next day appointment. Excellent in-store, no fuss, service. I was in and out in 10-15 minutes.
