   Very rude worker named Michael who keeps refusing to hand in medicines every time prescribed by the doctors in a very aggressive manner. Always have to listen to his pointless arguments. However, when I’m being assisted by others everything goes alright. Would’ve switched to another pharmacy long ago if I had a choice.

   Michael and his team are fantastically helpful. They are friendly and polite too. Michael helped us with a medication we have been struggling to get from another pharmacy, without simply passing us off, he explained why and took time to ask around, and even found us a place to locate the medicine. Thankyou Michael for really caring about what you do and showing how important customer service is as part of the experience. 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   The best pharmacists I’ve ever been to. They even noticed that the dosage of medication my GP prescribed my baby was too high for her age and they proactively called the GP to resolve it and then get a new prescription on my behalf. It’s so rare for service to be this thoughtful and proactive. Thank you!

   Brilliant service to my wife and myself. Michael and staff give excellent advice and always go that extra distance to be of help. Michael works hard to get my wife's complex prescription collated. Best chemist in north london. Possibly the world....

As someone who’s experienced medical problems, Michael and his staff are professional, precise but also very patient and Michael’s advice on health over the years has been a huge help to me.
