   I was visiting London with my mum for a couple of days, and she developed a cold. This then set her asthma off for the first time in years, and she really couldn't breathe, which was very worrying indeed. We went to this chemist to see if we could get an emergency inhaler, which we did, and the staff sorted everything out and made it such an easy experience. It took away the worry and my mum started to feel a lot better. Thank you!

   The pharmacy is amazing honestly I don't know how people leave negative reviews on here. The owner Baban is very friendly and honestly all the staff here are genuine and would recommend it especially if you are a local camden resident definitely go there! Best pharmacy I've been to by a long shot.

   I had an awful experience at this pharmacy while trying to collect an emergency NHS 111 prescription. When I arrived, there was no one at the counter for at least five minutes. Eventually, an attendant named Baban appeared—still adjusting his belt, and zipping. which was both unprofessional and strange. From the moment he saw me, it was clear he had no intention of helping. As soon as I requested my medication, he flat-out said “No, we don’t have any emergency request” without even checking his system. When I insisted that it was an emergency and asked him to verify, he reluctantly said his staff needed to check, but then immediately claimed they didn’t have it anyway. To make matters worse, he overheard me speaking to my wife about the medication and then suddenly insisted that she had to be the one to collect it—even though she had nominated me. Despite explaining that this was an emergency, he showed no concern and outright refused to help find another pharmacy with stock, which is something NHS guidelines require. When I asked if he could at least help out of basic humanity, he flatly refused and clearly just wanted me to leave as quickly as possible. This man was utterly inhuman and had no business running a pharmacy. His complete lack of compassion and disregard for patient needs is shocking. If you ever need urgent medication, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else—this place does not care about people.

   As the other reviews say, I would avoid this place. I asked for a receipt with the names of the medicines (I suspected the high price) and they said their system can not do that, they only gave me a receipt with generic “private prescription”, I doubt in 2024 there are systems that can’t print a proper receipt. Anyway they sell medicines and are open till late. If you don’t mind over paying you should go, service is not that bad, guy was quick and polite. I would ask for the price first before buying. I did the mistake of not doing it and regretted it.

   Bad attitude and didn’t even fitful my whole prescription saying items were missing from it when NHS 111 told me it was on The Spine. Do t bother coming to this pharmacy late at night. They’re more interested in closing and the guy who owns it needs to seriously check his attitude. He’s rude.

   They are highly experienced and are extremely helpful. If the GP themselves delay prescribing the medicines they put in the extra effort to collect it themselves for us. They are super kind and helpful and have full understanding when it comes to medicine.

   We had an emergency prescription sent here at 11 in the evening as it said the pharmacy was open until midnight. When we went to pick it up it was closed. Lights out and shutters down. Because of this we had to wait until the next day to get the medicine. I see now they had several reviews describing similar situations and in their responses to those, they said they were trying to fix their opening hours on Google “as soon as possible”. That statement was five months ago. To the owners of this pharmacy: update your information now. You are putting people’s health at risk
