   I’m very disappointed. First of all, the staff were quite unfriendly and they were selling hand sanitiser that had already been used. I even asked a staff member before buying it, but after the purchase, I've realised it wasn’t a new product. So I went back to ask for a refund, but they refused and didn’t offer any help at all. I am not very happy with all of this. The first picture is the one that i've bought that i didnt use at all. and the second one is the new product that i was supposed to buy.

   They are superb! I had an issue with my medication and postal delivery not delivering due to manufacturing issues. I had ran out and Boots in KX and St Pan both had no pills I could get on emergency prescription via 111. Clockwork were brilliant as usual. Helped me get my medication, were kind, supportive and helpful (especially as I had my baby with me)

   I had a disappointing experience at this pharmacy. The staff seemed unhelpful and lacked basic customer service skills. One staff member grinned dismissively after providing misleading information, then passed me off to someone else instead of addressing my request directly. I only asked for a simple check of my chest, but the response was far from satisfactory. Very poor service overall. I am sure they will recognize me when they read my review. Please leave me an answer if I am lying or did not understand something. You did not even offer me basic medication to help. I spoke with five stuff, non of them offered anything.

   I used clockwork pharmacy for over 5 years, through Covid, and even when moved out of area still used for 12 months as they were, polite, efficient and forward thinking (regarding repeat prescription) so missed that 5 star review is a small token of appreciation. Thanx big Al

   Great sourcing and excellent customer service! I was struggling to get hold of medication they were the 5th pharmacy I called. They could order from supplier for the next day if I'd bring prescription. When I arrived they already had what I needed and saved me the 2nd trip!
