At the shop the people were very very friendly but unfortunately the quality of the products is very poor. Falls apart after single use. Their online customer service is not very helpful.

What a great shop! Dropped in to complete our cookware after upgrading to induction and the staff couldn't have been more helpful. We had first visited the one in Harrogate (got some super steak knives) but since we don't have a store in Aberdeen (hint) we returned the next morning on our way home and bought a new stand mixer too. The results have been superb, many thanks!

Went into this store for some new cups. The young lady who served us at the till was amazing. Really friendly, informative and outgoing. A really lovely, chatty person. Just the sort of person you need to represent your business. I left the store with a smile, with my faith in retail workers somewhat restored. Iβd happily shop there again.

Products seem good but went in to buy things I wanted and there's a sale on in store and online, the sales assistant asked if I needed help with anything, and slyly removed price tags with full and sales prices then processed to remove the sale markers and said it ended on Sunday...Got the full price items I wanted, although they are 10% off online and bought the rest online. When I asked if the sale had ended, she said some places will still have it but their shop don't. We've all worked in a shop at some point in our life's and we all know the sale is in every store, especially clearance and the set i wanted is in the clearance section, It was the funny look she gave me when I said I wasn't wanting it at full price. It's no wonder people buy online and no wonder shops go online only. I don't understand why she done it unless it's commission based but she lost out on a sale if it was.

Nice layout of the shop and looks really clean and well kept. Good range of products and I was able to just walk in with a rough idea of what I needed and find it. Staff weren't chatty but I prefer that anyways. Good enough prices .

With service like this Pro Cook will go from strength to strength. I visited this store today and spent two hours on seriously delayed public transport getting there. I asked the two sales' assistants behind the counter for what I wanted and they both stated that they did not know if Pro Cook sold what I wanted. Neither of them even bothered to say that they would make enquiries. When I made the point that they had obviously been trained to a very high standard, one of them grinned. Whatever happened to Sales' Assistants who are interested in their jobs, who realise that their continued employment is dependent on providing customers with excellent service and first class information. I telephoned Pro Cook Customer Service to complain about the situation and expected an apology. The absence of an apology was breathtaking! Arrogance! Instead, the person to whom I spoke just wanted to secure a sale: no apology but unvarnished money grabbing. I declined to spend any money after my time had been taken for granted and told the person to whom I spoke that I would go to John Lewis instead. How I wish I had gone to John Lewis in the first place.

2 weeks ago I bought my first flat and needed to buy a gigantic list of stuff to use in the kitchen, from plates to pots. I want to say about 40+ items. I went at 9am l, to make sure I had a chance to see everything. DEVON, the saving grace thatβs she is, was my own personal shopper. The amount of information and help she gave me was unmeasurable(they didnβt have a big enough measuring jug for that) and helped me decide on the right things I needed and explained all my options. The pans, the knives, the crockery, everything was shown and explained. She even offered to get one of the bowls from Livingston for me that was missing from my beautiful bone China set. The amount of stupid questions thatβs she answered, she deserves a culinary Nobel prize. I use almost everything that I bought and I love them. The products are amazing and the service was even better.

Good selection. Well laid out. Staff were lovely and you get a 1 year guarantee for the items you purchase. Great to have a store nearby where you can check the items before buying them vs ordering online.
