   I have just been treated in the most condescending demeaning manor by a young bespectacled man working at zinas’ pharmacy in kenley. While I understand sometimes there may be questions asked when purchasing some certain types of tablets the way I was treated by this member of staff was with an air of superiority and obnoxiousness, the manor in which the questions were conveyed to me was passive aggressive and unprofessional . I left Zinas pharmacy Kenley feeling belittled and bewildered. Normally I do not pay to much attention to people such as these but I’m upset by this and felt compelled to speak up Kind regards Liam.

   We have always had a great service from the current team of staff at Zina's. They text us with "Your prescription is ready" message which is good and it only seems to take a day or two to do it! They are friendly, informative and very helpful when we visit or ring up. We feel very blessed to have their help and support. The shop is very well stocked and clean at all times. It is a really great Local Chemist, that we wouldn't be afraid to recommend to anyone.

   The current team have really brought this pharmacy back to it's previously excellent reputation. All the staff are warm and welcoming and always willing to help, the stock levels are generally very good both in the store and from the pharmacy counter. They have always been quick at responding to prescription requests and I love the "text when ready to collect" service.

   Zina pharmacy is a brilliant pharmacy. I never had a bad experience with them. The team are beyond amazing helpful and kind. They go beyond their way to help and make sure all is well. Always a friendly face and excellent customer and communication. I’m a regular customer and always feel welcome.

   I agree with the comments below. The guy that works on the reception is very rude and unprofessional. I thought I’d give it a few months to see if he was just having a bad day but he is just genuinely rude and comes off aloof and arrogant. He argues with me when I’m trying to state a point. There is no sense of confidentiality in this place and the guy on reception is very argumentative. I feel like I’ll be changing the pharmacy I get my medication from even if it’s a little further in distance. At least I can be sure to get better service elsewhere. I’ve had issues with this pharmacy that I’ve never had anywhere else. They’ve gone down hill over the last few years. Not happy with them at all.

   So, I've been in and out of here over the past 2 years and it has been a rollercoaster. Was great, then it went completely to hell, but now thanks to Terrie who is like a one-woman super-computer they are on the up. Terrie sourced us hard to find meds (they're all hard to find now to be frank) she got the Doc to replace prescriptions with different meds - she couldn't do more and with great cheer. She is turning the place around and I really hope she succeeds as we all need a local chemist. Thanks also to the nice manager who comes on a Friday. Please keep up the good work.

   As everyone else has said dreadful! Especially the boy at the front. I’d like to think he had a learning difficulty to explain his rudeness but sadly he’s just horrid. After 3 difficult prescription collections I’m changing pharmacy much to my inconvenience.

   The tall guy serving at the counter is totally unsuitable for a customer facing role and should be kept in the storeroom stacking boxes. He’s rude, disrespectful and completely unfriendly and unapproachable. The saving grace of this pharmacy are the two ladies who are always knowledgeable, friendly, professional and helpful.

   Terrible service. First, couldn’t find my prescription paper which was sent by my GP two days ago. Then they lost my my medication in a pile of badly organized box. They finally found my medication but had to label and packed in a seal envelop when I was waiting. I nearly missed my train for this supposed to be 1 minute prescription pick up. It took them 15 minutes. After I got home, I found out they gave me less than half the amount of medication my doctor proscribed! Very unprofessional, bad service!
