   Harris Chemist - Selsdon. I wrote a review about two years ago and since then nothing has changed much apart from their service has improved further, if there was such a think. My prescription was sent the G.P. this morning at around 11 a.m. By the time I drove from the surgery down to the chemist, which is about 10 minutes, the prescription was almost ready apart from one item. Waited for a minute or so and all my items (about 10 medications) were sorted out and I walked out thinking they deserve a mention. This morning three people need singly out, pharmacist Dipa, assistant Bharat and Kushi for their outstanding attention to detail. More power to owner Reema.

   Unfortunately I regret leaving a 1 star but I have been a customer since 2009. All the till staff and the pharmacists I usually deal with are most helpful including the one that served me yesterday. The person I would describe as female, more senior to the others has always been quiet curt with me when picking up my late mother's medication and I have two prescriptions, one of which is hard to come by due to the manufacturer not being able to supply. Rather than holding onto my prescription as my new chemist has and promised a phone call when stock arrives, hardly eye contact was made and I was told she would not order it and to try somewhere else. My business shall and my jovial manner will not return. Sorry to the rest of the team who do deserve a 5 star rating.

   Very friendly and answered all the questions I had. I recently moved from another pharmacy as the customer service was not very good and there always seemed to be a problem with getting medication. Reading the other reviews about Harris helped me to make my decision and I am glad I chose them as my nominated pharmacy.

   The best chemist in the area. I have been using some other ones in the area (mainly in Selsdon) and this is the one I always come back to. It is not just they always have the medication I need, but they are very polite, super helpful, they do not keep you waiting, so the customer service is top notch! Plus the premises are clean and tidy and shelves stocked with beautiful products. The best pharmacy around!

   I've recently changed over to this chemist/pharmacy . .they have always have lots of great products on their shelves and has no problems in getting the medications that I am on. The staff are friendly and answer any queries professionally. Exactly how a local chemist should be . .reminds me of my local chemist when I was growing up. Knows everyone and only too happy to help.
