   Great little place. The site is small and busy but the staff are delightful. Always make me feel at ease. They give great advice and are caring whist still being professional. Due to the number of people that use the store and the limited staff numbers, there's sometimes a queue, but this is the only negative comment I can make. I've now made this my regular pharmacy due to the service from the staff I've interacted with. It's a shame all the other Boots stores don't have staff like this one. Well done

   I'm not one to complain usually but have had a prescription sent to the branch from the doctors to process. A friend went to pick it up in the middle of the day, but they closed. When they finally opened I ring to find out if the prescription is ready for my friend to collect as I'm now in agony. One item not in stock, so I ask if they can send the prescription request to Aumex, I've been told I have to come and get the prescription and take it to Aumex myself. Poor, and quite frankly disgusted.

   Needed medication and was told to pick up prescription from a call of the NHS this was nees on Sunday as this store clearly states its open on a Sunday 3pm till 8pm the NHS are under the impression this store is open on a Sunday sswell went up first thing Monday at 8.50am cos it clearly states its open at 8.30am to be told were not opening till 9.30am for a big chain like boots I find this shocking considering the country is still in a pandemic and people need medication. Better of going else where as its never sure weather this place will be open or not dont even deserve one star

   I am Tom I went collect my prescription & when I approach Christina at the desk with lovely smile she said how can I help you I feel really respected as a customer When Christina bought my medication not only She checked thoroughly but she spotted a big mistake it was overdose from the doctor by mistake she called the doctor and corrected the medication. It was outstanding service from Christina If Christina didn’t checked that overdose medication God knows what could’ve been happened Christina literally save my life big thank you to Christina As long as People like Christina exist in the world nothing can go wrong Outstanding service thank you

   I used to have problems using this pharmacy but they've had staff changes and it's now really friendly and the staff are really helpful. Only downside to this pharmacy is the waiting times, it can be a long time if they have other customers (this is without social distancing, with it, it's worse). Other than that, I'm happy to keep using this pharmacy.

   Never have a problem with boots always have my prescription ready and text me when it's ready to be collected. They have even delivered it to me when I've been poorly. Staff are very very Friendly and always so helpful
