   Dont book here for a ear wax removal. I booked online and was happy to book to get my ear wax removed and I turned up and they didn't even know I had booked online as they weren't aware they still made appointments available online for this service. They then said they would do it for me but would need time to prepare. 30 mins later they told me the machine isnt working and if they would have known I was coming they would have charged it over night!

   I personally think something fishy going on. I went to the chemist and was told that they didn't get my prescription So I went back to my surgery and was told it was sent. Went back and was given pain killer In stead of my heart tablets. When I went back to the surgery I was told that the chemist gave me all My tablets. That's when I lost it with the chemist. I have not had my tablets for 3 days (AND YOU HAVE THE CHEEK TO ASK FOR A GOOD WRIGHT UP YOUR CRAZY) HO BY THE WAY I CHANGED MY PHARMACY IF IT WAS UP TO THEM I WOULD BE DEAD NOW GOOD LUCK TO ANY WHO SHOPS THERE

   Fieldway pharmacy has been my local Chemist since it opened. Staff are helpful. I have had flue jabs, covid vaccines there, and advice on occasion. I get my prescriptions sent there too, which is very convenient for me as I am now 81years old and it is within walking distance. I don't know what I would do without it.

   I visited this chemist and pharmacy several times in the last 2 years and had the most excellent service and very friendly welcome each time. They provided me with prescription medicines my local chemist did not have in stock at the time and performed with the utmost care 2 of my Covid vaccinations in 2022. Living in West Wickham they are not exactly my local chemist but wish they were. Thank you for your great service. Stephen

   My husband and myself booked for two Covid vaccinations for yesterday. We attended our appt and was met by a lovely polite young lady who gave us the necessary forms which we filled in. The Pharmacist then came over and discussed two items on our form. She was so nice and put us at ease. We were called straight away for our vaccinations and they were done really quickly, totally painlessly too. Both done in minute. Thank you.

   I went here today to have my Covid booster. The shop is small but quite well stocked. The staff that were on today were friendly and welcoming even though it was mega busy with a queue of people all waiting for their booster,which was very pleasing to see as a health-care worker myself.

   This is a wonderful Pharmacy with a excellent Pharmacy Manager & a really good team. The staff are extremely hard working & know what they're doing. The Pharmacy Manager has trained them on a top level. I wouldn't go anywhere else to get my prescriptions, they go far & beyond to help you. You can get medicines that you can't anywhere else. Very warm & friendly. A good sense of community spirit. Milton, Hollie, Hanaz, Sister, Adjwa- top workers, always on point. The boss lady, Ifesi, keep up the good work!
