   Took in a paper signed prescription yesterday with my mum and the woman (seems new as not seen her before) said it's being processed, so we waited in the pharmacy. My mum got tired as she isn't well and sat in the car. I kid you not... 50 minutes later, another woman asks the name of the prescription, and proceeded to tell me its only been ordered!!! Why on earth were they watching me wait 50 minutes before asking anything?!?! Now I'm trying to call (10 times) to see if it's in, and they're not picking up...

   Went to this Pharmacy to have covid and flu jabs. Very nice doctor, and very helpful polite staff. Big variety of goods on offer too, plus three tills and a proper queue system to save time.

   Never answers the phone, don’t know how they do a repeat prescription service when you can never get through, I’ve been in their and watched them ignore the phone, worst thing is if a GP needs to call them to check on meds

   Phone manner of whoever answered the phone, was rude and abrupt. Took 2 days for them to answer the phone , after 13 time of trying. Was told now to put a repeat prescription in , I’m unable to do it over the phone and have to pop into the pharmacy. Even tho phone message still says between 10-12 & 2-4. Rude rude rude

   less than 24hrs from doctors to medication at my front door, over the years 18+ Mum and now myself have recived 1st class service from who ever we meet at Aumex. thankyou. One small interlude was when we were hoodawinked into an on line perscription service, didnt take long to find we had become a just number, with not a very good service, quickly returned to Aumex. thanks again, Nick

   Have saved the day on more than one occasion when other places (who won't be named) don't have the basic meds when desperately needed. Friendly, understanding staff who actually PICK UP THEIR PHONES when called (!!) and help. Have a good variety of stock also. Can't fault them.

   There is a chemist there that is very rude. He does not announce the pharmacy when he answers the phone, so you end up having to ask, and he is very curt and disrespectful in the manner in which he deals with you. They are ALWAYS having problems with their phones, which they will not acknowledge, and when you try to bring this to their attention, the same pharmacist is again, very brusque. I have had him hang up on me in the midst of talking on more than one occasion. Their only saving grace is the lady who delivers the medication, and a few of the counter staff who are very nice.
