   I love boots. This branch in Addiscombe, Croydon however.. Is awful and it's so sad to see. The staff are amazing and very helpful, and I feel sorry for them for what they have to put up with! I was collecting a prescription, and a man walked in with a bag for life and proceeded to empty an entire contents of a shelf of deodorant. The staff aren't able to retaliate, as if they did, they'd lose their job. This is a regular occurrence and that was the second time that very day it had happened. Alot of the shops shelves are actually empty. The fact Boots as a company haven't done anything to ensure safety of their staff is disgusting. Alot of the community rely on that branch, and locals are worried it will close down. Boots need to take action immediately.

   A member of staff was serving me first thing this morning. I explained my query and she walked away leaving me by the counter. After asking for my wife DOB which I gave I then was quizzed by another staff member the address twice. Why? Surely the DOB is enough. I have been in there many times. I advise a major overhaul of this branch and it's staffing with a structured training programme. Poor service all round for me.

   Very mixed but mostly poor opinions of this branch... The normal staff are usually ill mannered, look miserable, and don't seem to want to be working... Store is usually not stocked as decently as other branches either and pharmacy wise they more often than not do not have all or some of your prescriptions...

   I was asked to stand outside the pharmacy in excruciating noise from the traffic and nearby stock deliveries while a member of staff was trying to deal with my request because the pharmacist wasn't there yet. It was within the opening hours. I'd expect way more humane customer service from a brand name like boots.

   Pharmacist refused to look at my UTI results and issue me a prescription as he said he didn't have time. This was 10 minutes before closing time.

   Appaling lack of organisation. I booked flu jab about 1 week ago With only 24 hours notice they phoned todsy, Thursday, and cancelled my appointment for Friday, since they had not received vaccine and did not know when it would arrive. They were reluctant to give me a new appointment since they did not know when vaccine would be available, but knew that they could not give me a appointment for Saturday because there were no spare appointments

   Long wait, seem to be ignored waiting for prescriptions. Man serving appears to be quite chaotic flitting from one job to another before finishing what hes doing. Keeps you waiting for prescriptions whilst he ticks off bits of paper and shuffles prescriptions round the desk. Seems like he enjoys making you wait ! If you dare ask for your item he tells you how hard hes working how hes not had a break all day etc etc. Boots need to get someone else on front counter this man cant cope ! Will definately be changing my chemist.
