Had alterations done to 4 pairs of trousers for my uniform. The alterations were done a day after handing them in. Super friendly people - will definitely be back when I’m needing anything done.
The girls in here are so so helpful they were more than helpful trying to get help me out after being let down by another company. Couldn’t recommend enough! Will only be using here from now on.
Having the most unforgettable and unfortunate experience with this company. I am still trying to request a refund for items I have not received. Left deflated. They don't answer the phone and take a long time to reply to emails. Quite disappointing after previous positive experiences with them. This has been going on since 31st March when order was placed. Feeling ignored.

Fabulous experience once again ,spoke to Nicola on Monday and she ordered a pom costume for my daughter Macy, Karen phoned on Thursday to let me know it had arrived. Popped in today Saturday, Macy tried it on perfect fit thank you Karen once again for all your help , would definitely recommend this place girls are so helpful and do there upmost to help whatever you need xx
