   Im in awe for words. I just wanted to thank the absolute perfection and my personal messiah, AKA the lady working behind the counters on the 22nd of september around 6:30PM. After a long and strenuous decision i made an unwarranted purchase of a beautiful sleek grey bathroom mat. when handing over the £6 i so graciously owed to dunelm livingston i for some reason hastily made my exit of the shop. before i managed to reach the door my knightess in shining armour hollered at me to come back. she stared at me with a knowing look and proceeded to inform me that i forgot my receipt. this is when she said the words that have changed my day (maybe life). she reminded me i needed my receipt in case THERES ANY MISTAKES with my grey bathroom mat. How could i forget this?…Grey bathroom mat with no receipt????? Oh Jee *Face palm* i just wanted to write this review to thank her and i hope she gets the compensation that she deserves. Thank you for reading she is the best and i believe has changed my life.

   Went to the cafe today with my wife, I asked for bowl of soup and a roll, cup of tea my wife had a heated cheese scone and tea. My wife had finised her scone and I had finished my tea before by soup arrived. Menu says bowl of soup, should actually say half a bowl of soup for £4.00 which was warm absolute rip off. I asked if that was normal serving and told yes. Please do not pay these prices for so little, ridiculous.

   Saw a lampshade on display which I liked and wished to purchase two of them. Couldn't find any on the shelf despite searching about. Asked an assistant where I could find one but she had no joy either. Disappointed.

   I was in your store recently looking for a washable runner for our hallway to match the mat we have at the front door. There were several runners on show, but not the design we required. We asked a store assistant, for some advice. She was most unhelpful with attitude. She was looked down her nose at us, & said if it was not on the stand, there were no more in stock. She didn't even check her system. My 77 year old hubby decided to go upstairs in the store & found several of the runner we were looking for. Is it our age that this young lady thinks we are not worth bothering about.We will not be back to your store, as much as we love your products. No-one deserves to be treated in this manner.

   The live chat feature didn't work on my mobile phone - maybe it would have on a laptop but I don't have one anymore- I tried calling centre multiple time but gave up due to wait - I went to a store where they couldn't help due to division between store and online sales - I called again, determined to sort problem, it took 50 minutes on hold to get through to call centre . Once I got help it was quick to sort but I wasted literally hours getting sorted

   Ive been in the store many times but this was the first time visiting coffee shop and was pleasantly surprised. Put some of the more popular places to shame. Coffee was fresh and good. Cakes varied and delicious and service was good. My new coffee spot!
