   We have used Mario twice now - super efficient and very fast. Absolute pleasure to deal with and I would recommend him to anyone. Finding reliable, decent and honest people in the trade is very difficult but once you have found someone who goes beyond the call of duty like Mario you stick with these people forever. We will always use him exclusively from now on.

   Worse handy man ever! I hired M to assemble Ikea flat pack bedroom furniture - x2 malm bedside chests + 1 songesand wardrobe charging £50 for the wardrobe + £30 for the two chests. Upon completion M was happy to leave site with neither the wardrobe doors or malm drawer fronts properly aligned. When pointing these issues out to M he said he cannot fix the drawer fronts and that he would have to return in 3weeks time to secure the wardrobe to the wall and that would align the doors. Ikea tech dept advised me that any alignment issues is due to the actual assembly unless runners faulty and holes not lining up in which case assembly should have been halted. When I fed this info back to M he then blamed my floor for the alignment to wardrobe doors - this another excuse for his poor workmanship as my floorboards had recently been covered with plywood and level. M offered to either come and “ dismantle” all furniture or offer £30 refund. It was only after I had reported him to Ikea and TaskRabbit for poor workmanship and customer service M paid me £40 refund and then later / the day after I shared my feedback online M paid a further £40 refund. I was happy to hire M and pay the agreed costs but at £40 an hour I like anyone would expect close to perfection. Had M been more reasonable I wouldn’t have had to contact Ikea / TR and review online. M M trades independently and via platforms such as TaskRabbit and Bark. M Manowski rates himself online giving himself 5*! I have been fair and rated 1star because prior to the build M communicated in a friendly manner and he turned up to the job on time! My complaints & reviews could have been avoided had M been more reasonable!
