   Great Service from start to finish, Gary explained everything to both of us, when to expect delivery etc ,and all the ins and outs, Service was exceptional, called us to say when delivery was due, delivery guys were great and took care when they delivered, I would definitely recommend One Stop and as it's local it made it very easy to see what you were buying. Will definitely use again.

   We purchased a suite from home stop. Great price , the staff were very knowledgeable went out their to get what we wanted. A note about the delivery team, very good took cake brining it in very professional...definitely recommend home stop.

   Order furniture from here which was good. But the delivery was appalling. Damaged item that was plugged into wall when coming through my hallway and broke light fixture when assembling the furniture. Called to complain pretty much instantly, was told they would call back once spoke with their delivery drivers. However heard nothing back. Would not order from here again

   We went into the shop to buy a new mattress. The one we picked a Naples 2000 wasn't the cheapest but my wife and myself are in our 60's and this is the best we ever had. The service is second to none as soon as you walked into the shop the staff made you most welcome. Next time I need anything this will be my first stop.

   I bought bedroom furniture from this shop. I came directly from the manufacturer damaged and mismatched. Gary the shop manager couldn't have dealt with the situation better. I chose a whole new set of furniture and was given a heafty discount for my trouble. Today approximately a year later I returned to purchase a new living room suite and as a thank you for returning I was once again given a substantial discount, you don't get customer service like that anywhere. At the same time I bought my bedroom furniture I also bought living room furniture, it was of high quality and there were no issues my problem was wholly down to the manufacturer of the bedroomfurniture. I would highly recommend this shop, the manager and the staff offer a great service not to be beaten.
