   Visited the pharmacy this Saturday and had a great experience! The girls at the front were very friendly and helpful. The young lady in red had such positive energy, and the pharmacy student was knowledgeable and kind. It’s wonderful to see young professionals working hard and enjoying what they do.

   I came in for flu jab, and there were some issues first with my membership card then with their system, but the staffs has been very helpful and patient, a special thanks to the nurse Philomena, who has been very kind and supportive during the whole process, trying to help me solve the issues. My flu-free winter will definitely blessed by her!

   Terrible service! I was only rephrasing what my mother told me to describe what I was looking for, but the first five sentences I heard from the man at the pharmacy counter (at 4:30 PM on September 16, 2025) were: ‘What’s your mother’s name?’, ‘Where does she live?’, ‘I don’t know your mother.’ Extremely rude, not even worth one star.

   Lady working in the pharmacy on Tuesdays at around 3pm has no manners needs training on how to speak politely to customers. Very abrupt and snappy. All because I didn’t know what name was on my account because my surname changed. Don’t think this is the job for her if she can’t control her temper over the slightest things

   I went to superdrug in Edmonton green to buy some products. I went to the checkout and was served by Tahmina. I had a NHS discount card, which is used in superdrug as a few days ago I just used this at my local superdrug. I was looked up and down by TAHMINA and told "we don't take these anymore " I questioned her as I had just used this in another superdrug. She then asked for my ID badge to PROVE I was a healthcare worker which i didn't have on me as I wasn't working that particular day. She called her Team leader "MIRUNA" who was so rude and told me I need my badge as proof of a photograph to show i truly work for the NHS ! I couldn't believe the disgusting customer service. As a black person I felt like I was made to feel inferior, to the fact that I had to prove to these little cashiers that I am working in healthcare. I asked for the manager, I was told to "wait 5 minutes" for him. Only for him to come and completely contradict the other girls' story - the Manager - "HABIB" told me that " we stopped using this NHS card for over 1 year now, because everyone has it " so now I've been spun a few different stories. Told that if I had my work badge I would of got the discount and then being told all of a sudden they don't use this discount card at all despite me using it in another superdrug. I left the items there and didn't purchase anything. I asked for their names and the stupid team leader is giving me attitude as she's writing down the names and complaint number. I will never purchase anything from this store again. Especially as a person of ethnicity. Funny enough the rude staff were of ethnicity too.
