The worst service in the world asked pharmacist for some advice on which cream to get for a friend after an op he said to go back yo hospital.or GP after doctor told her to go chemist my friend was on the phone so I asked him to take to her plz he said no and walked way so bloody rude

It's just OK, Indian lady likes to talk to other Indian people in their language leaving customers waiting for ages. I have no problem with this if nobody is waiting, but it's not very professional when there's 10 people in the queue.
