   I went to pharmacy asking for a specific medicine , they game me a different brand saying it was the same than the one I was asking for. when I read the instructions at home ; it was not used for same purposes, different components. The medicine they gave me was a laxative medicine !!!!

   I went late afternoon to pick up my repeat prescription and realise how nice you all are guys. I think it's essential to give commendations as /when deserved not just complain. The service is very good. The owner, a tall guy took the time to speak to me about alternative brands or generic which was fine. They are all very polite and courteous and very human . A year ago I went to Pyramid on high street and did not get a great service so after reading the reviews I switched for United and I'm not disappointed. The service is spot on everytime.Well done!

   I've always been treated with courtesy and respect at this pharmacy. Between them they have a wealth of knowledge, they have always treated me with professionalism while at the same time been friendly and helpful. The head pharmacist has often gone beyond his duty to ensure my essential medication has been dispensed on time. The staff at the front counter are warm and welcoming creating a family friendly atmosphere that feels comfortable whilst at the same time providing an area for privacy should the need for discretion arise.

   Friendly service overall but slowly gone downhill with being helpful. I always call ahead for my medication and get told it is either ready that day or will be by a certain day. Recently I’ve gone in to get my medication to only be told they don’t have it and I should contact my GP. Not sure why they tell me it will be there on a certain day then when I come in they’re confused and don’t know about it then leave it to me to fix it, who is now left without my prescription. They don’t let you know somethings wrong with the prescription until you’ve gone to collect it instead of calling to let you know before you go out of your way to collect it. This has happened a few times now.

   Terrible. Refused to fill an emergency prescription referred by 111. Prescription was for blood sugar testing strips for diabetics. GP was unable to guarantee the prescription for the same day. The result of this refusal was that my wife had to guess her blood sugar level in the evening, and ended up having a hyper from not taking enough insulin. Absolute disgrace.
