I don't often write reviews. But sometimes you have to. I've visited pharmacies all over the world and I can say this is the best one I have ever been to. Does it make it the best pharmacy in the world? As far as I am concerned it does. Not only is it well stocked - with all you need and great staff - it is a place that cares. The team go out of their way to help and always do what they can. Sometimes getting the prescriptions for my family can be a bit of journey with various sign-off and the like. Hamlet never over promise what they can do and they always do what they say they will. A wonderful local pharmacy in the big city.
I can’t say enough good things about this pharmacy. The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help with any questions. Prescriptions are filled quickly, and they go above and beyond to make sure everything is clear and correct. It feels reassuring to know I can rely on them not only for medication but also for great advice and care. The service here is consistently excellent, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Once upon a time, a long, long time ago, when i was even younger than i am now, when Winston Churchill was Prime Minister and Tony Blair was undetectable by a lateral flow test, it was a pleasure to be sent to my local friendly chemist's to pick up a prescription for my grandfather. How I wished - in vain, I thought, it could be the same today some 70 years later. And then we moved to the Crastal Palace area. And what do you! know. A first class, friendly and knowledgeable pharmacy is right here here on Anerely Hill. Girish and his ever helpful team make it a pleasure, once again, even if the prescriptions are no longer for that grandfather of 70 years ago, but for this grandfather and grandmother. Excellent customer service: insightful, practical and professional. Highly recommend. Have been helped by the pharmacist on all sorts of issues from a fall to a dog bite. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
