   Very disappointed, after shopping at goody 2 shoes for ten years spending thousands of pounds on my 3 grandchildren today will probably be my last visit. Signs up giving warning that children can’t touch shoes in a child’s shoe shop and also told by assistant. If you want children to sit and behave you can’t have them sitting for half a hour. One member of staff not enough. Going for new shoes should be a fun and enjoyable experience for everyone especially with the prices you charge as I said very disappointed

   Shop has a good selection of shoes however the desperation for a sale is very off putting. The rudeness from the staff when they found out I was only purchasing for one child was off the scale, including storming off and going from the chatty friendly staff members to almost no conversation at all. I doubt I’ll be back despite using them previously.

   Unfortunately had a poor experience within the Kilwinning store. Took our daughter who had at the time just started walking. Didn't get any feedback in terms of shoe size, super lack of communication. I did ask her shoe size and felt rushed and slightly pressured in to shoes. Completely ruined the whole "first shoe" experience.

   Wow what a fantastic service I received today, Pauline couldn't have been anymore helpful. I was looking for a boot sent Pauline a picture and she managed to find it in another one of their stores for me. Thanks I'll definitely be returning.
