    I didn't like their costumer service, not good at all , Not helpful as my wife has been their constumer for lo g now,and wanted to switch from Mounjaro to Wegovy but she wanted a higher dose instead,. They kept directing her to start from lower dose of Wegovy, that is not good it will make her achieved weight loss to go back up. But till now they have not helped her, I'm not happy at all.

    This company posted my mounjaro on a Friday lunchtime to my home address by Royal Mail. It is supposed to be cool packed. I knew I would be out. The Royal mail app does not give you any option to change delivery at the weekend, except divert to a neighbour which I did not want. It is now Monday, and again Royal Mail tried to deliver and I was out. Today I was able to tell the Royal Mail app to divert to my local Post Office. It will be ready to collect Tuesday afternoon. This is a full 4 days or 96 hours since it was dispatched. My pharmacy tells me Mounjaro should be stored in the fridge to keep it fresh, and if it is not, it will begin to degrade. I have sent so many emails to this company. They have a robot replying. I have now wasted hours, and I am significantly out of pocket for a Mounjaro pen that has been round and round the Royal Mail sorting system for 96 hours. DO NOT order from this lot. They are a nightmare to deal with.

    I ordered medication from this company and the experience has been extremely disappointing. My order arrived missing essential items (needles and a sharps box) which meant the medication was completely unusable. There was also no label on the outside of the package indicating it needed to be refrigerated — a basic requirement for temperature-sensitive medicine. When I contacted support, Sophia from the Patient Care team refused to send a replacement pen despite the fact that I couldn’t use the one I received. The only offer was 25% off my next order, which is unacceptable given the cost of the product and the inconvenience caused. I’ve spent my hard-earned money and expected to be able to use my order immediately — instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without the treatment I needed. This level of service and lack of responsibility is not what I’d expect from a company making significant profits from healthcare products. I won’t be ordering again

    Despite the admin being very quick at replying to emails, no one informed me that my delivery would be scheduled on a Saturday to my work address which is a 2 hour round journey from where I live. Was basically told my package would be fine for 3 days in the height of summer until I am able to collect it. Never known a weight loss company to not phone you to have at least a consultation conversation before posting the item out in advance. If they had the maybe this situation could have been avoided. Won't be using again.

    I've been using Phlo since their early days and have always been pleased with the service. However I've recently been advised that "due to the closure of the Pharmacy site in your area, we will no longer be able to offer our NHS Service to you". I initially received an ambiguously worded email, and wasn't sure if they were stopping all NHS deliveries, or just mine. When I asked for further information, it transpired that it is the latter. Given I live in central London, this logic seems quite bizarre at best. I therefore have to question if this is actually a case of scrapping services to those patients who are no longer deemed as viable for the company.

    This pharmacy unsurprisingly values their profit margins over human life. At the end of the day i understand this world is run by companies trying to get money however i think it’s quite dangerous the level at which Phlo care about their profit margins over human life. Recently i was on some medication that was essential for my everyday life. They kept telling me it was out of stock and refusing to give it to me eventually kicking me out of the pharmacy due to it being “too expensive” to keep sending my vital medication. If you’re ordering something small and submitting to their hidden fees then i’m sure the service will be great for you but if you have a prescription that would threaten your everyday life to not have them do not go near this money hungry company.

    Phlo are number one for customer service (especially a Ingrid, Amber and Will) and are the best delivery pharmacy I've used. I've had a few issues with manufacturers stock and they've been super helpful to help me suggest alternatives to the GP as well as get things to me quickly. Even one of acute prescriptions come super fast and actually quicker than taking them to my local pharmacies which take a few days to get you a one off script They're responsive, kind and caring, definitely recommend. Thank you

    Outstanding customer service, we were with another pharmacy delivery to you company for a while and they were horrendous miss delivery missing items difficult customer services etc, etc. Phlo pharmacy however have really excelled perfect delivery and second to non customer service.     It's closed at the weekend! Literally from Friday pm to Monday am. What a crazy idea! Surely an online pharmacy that closes at the weekend is a contradiction in terms. As a result, my prescription is held up from now (Friday evening) for the weekend. I would have been better off sending it to Boots. I'm off!

    After a bumpy start as I have a lot of medication that’s sometime difficult to get hold of and Phlo was settling in with the right delivery company, so completely out of their control, I genuinely couldn’t recommend Phlo and their lovely staff, anymore. They were fantastic throughout lockdown when I was shielding. I’ll continue with them for as long as possible as it saves me when I physically can’t get to the chemist and that, of course, is generally when I need the extra pain meds! Order it on my phone, couple of days and it’s at the door. I’m not in London nor near a big town so for rural living these guys are perfect.
