   Very nice guys who genuinely try to help. Before purchasing a tablet they made sure it was what I needed and were generally very pleasant. Tablet itself has no issues at all and was a good price.

   Shopped here a few times and it's good for buying second hand tech items, but like most second hand shops you should be careful what you are buying and should compare prices with other outlets if you can. That said, I've always been satisfied with whatever I've bought and would shop here again. I've not sold anything here, so can't comment on that.

   Amazing service! I bought a computer which was faulty and the guys couldn't have done enough to rectify the problem and I was given a newer one for no extra charge. As it turns out, the computer was not what I really needed and again, they couldn't do enough to advise me. Swapped it over for a brilliant laptop for only an extra tenner. I couldn't be happier. The guys were so kind and friendly. I just can't praise them enough. The customer service was second to none and I will certainly shop there again. Well done guys!

   Rated 1 out of 5 stars Just now I have never been more embarrased! I have been a customer here for years! My dad took me to cash converters when I was a little girl! thats how long Ive been a customer and today I am appauled! The gentleman that handled my wedding band I was going to pawn with cash converters this afternoon Not Only under weighed my ring but then offered me well below the market value at £10 a gram my ring weighs 3.5g he only offered £30 saying thats what he was offering on The Ring and handed me it back when i disputed his rank incompetence and bad business which was frankly a disgusting gesture instead of a pawn shop loan! he even had the cheek to hand back my bespoke gold wedding band as if it were a piece of dirt in his horrible Hands! I am So Upset I wish I hadnt put my husbands laptop in on buy back last week now because i am forced to go back despite how terribly we were both treated today I am so upset! Please Dont Ever Use this business The simply dont deserve the custom. Edit Delete
