   Arguing with a customer when the customer did not get what they asked for, not the type of service you want. Employees should be taught the correct processes. Manager terrible at understanding how to deal with complaints.

   Always nice to go into Massinghams chemist really nice staff very helpful nice atmosphere yesterday I went in to pick my perception up and took a item to the counter to pay for it the shop assistant behind the counter was juggling 3 things at and served me at the same time which made me laugh.

   Very friendly and helpful staff. I accidentally cut my finger quite deep and came in to buy some extra bandages. Prem (one of the staff) was very kind and offered to have a look as I was worried about how deep it was. She cleaned my wound, rebandaged and gave advice on how to treat the cut. One day later and it's healing much faster than I thought it would. I never thought of asking advice for this kind of thing at the pharmacy but will certainly not hesitate again if I need to in the future!
