If you’re unable to get an appointment with your GP after a quick consultation the recommended medication needed is spot on, they work as a team. They will go above & beyond to help you.     I have always had amazing support from the staff in this Pharmacy. I have lots of medications & so does the rest of my family. I have often sought their advice especially if I couldn’t get a Drs appt. They are very understanding & they are all so friendly - you’re always greeted with a smile. Both me & my husband have our flu vaccines done by them. When I’ve been unable to get to the pharmacy to collect medications (due to illness) they always deliver them to my door for me. Would recommend their services to anyone.

    Parnell are the best. They go above and beyond to help in a meaningful way. One time their card reader was not working and I was picking up something for my wife. THEY WROTE AN IOU. And gave me the meds. I found that so personal and nice. I remnant of a bygone era, where you had a relationship with the people running the store... 100% recommend

    This is the best pharmacy I’ve ever used in the UK. The staff are kind and knowledgeable. If they don’t have the medication on site they order it for the same day or next day. They remember their customers and are an important part of the community on Roman Road. Sometimes I feel let down by my GP but when I go here I always feel like I get the best service.     Every time I spend over 20minutes to pick up my prescription, and half the time it turns out they don't even have all of it. Service and organisation in this pharmacy is a joke and always has been! Prescriptions should be ready to collect, not trying to quickly mix and match the items when I come in and ask for it. I received a message a week ago that my prescription was READY. And once again after wasting my time they realised they don't have all of it... Utter disappointment every single time! What a disgrace...
