Terrible pharmacy and very incompetent - Every time i go to collect prescription medications, the pharmacists tell me it will be ready for next week or so and so day, when i return to collect the medication, they then tell me i need to request a prescription for my medications from my doctor. This is outrageous!!!

The staff is professional and helpful. I can ask for advice and support. They do not disppoint! Prices are a little expensive, so try shop around.
The staff at the reception are practically polite. But the pharmacist itself are all lots horrible!!! I have asked them if my whole prescription is there mentioning the name of it over the phone with the pharmacist at the back but she was like “yeah yeah” And cut the phone before ending my conversation! They are not relevant at all! When I have arrived there what I requested as a prescription over the phone was not pass properly as an information ! Specially the main pharmacist itself is really so arrogant. I once sae him in tesco and jump the queue as Mr was thinking to be the pharmacist of the whole world! Hello we are not in India here for you to act like this! Everyone is equal in this country we do not regard people as what they grade is!
