   Absolutely not caring people and not At all! All the time something with their “system” that they didn’t get my approval from GP , or they constantly for many years run out of one specific medication I need . I changed the pharmacy near by , which said to me they are always have that medication and they did. When Tesco pharmacy find out that I am gone they promised that medication will be back by that time ! 2 years gone THERE IS NO CHANGES! Have to spend my time to go there FOR NOTHING !!!

   Not very caring. Ordered repeat medication for my housebound, diabetic 84 year old father a week ago. I called to say he didn’t get his meds delivered. I was told they were waiting for supplies and will receive them shortly but won’t deliver! I explained he ran out of some meds and I don’t live in the area and don’t have a car. His meds were always delivered. I was given a number to call; I did and was told someone will get in touch; no one did.

   Very unprofessional. Been waiting by the desk for awhile whilst 2 people are behind. Then had to wait another 5 min to be served coz lady was talking to the other person totally ignoring me. Not to mention that someone that was behind me got served first.....
