   What a joke of a pharmacy, for months we have been calling this pharmacy and they never answer. Eventually made it down today and was told “ I can show you I’ve answered loads of calls today, but priority are the people who make it down here.” I have been calling since October- the phone has never been answered.

   What wonderful service and staff! Everything is ready quickly! They check my blood pressure for me and provide me with help in all my needs. I could not fault the mannerism and professionalism of the gentleman and two ladies in the shop! God bless you

   I had an extremely distressing experience with a staff member at this pharmacy. I overheard her making negative comments about me to her colleagues. When I challenged her about it, I expected at least an apology, but instead she became aggressive, raised her voice, and approached me in a way that felt threatening, as if she wanted to start a fight. This behaviour is completely unacceptable in a professional environment, and I believe urgent action should be taken by management to ensure customers are treated with respect and feel safe in this pharmacy.

   The members of this pharmacy always go above and beyond to help me in anyway they can. I had a lot of problems in my previous pharmacy where my medication was never ordered or ready in time. Over here my medication is always ready, on time with no issues. If something is out of stock they do try and source it and if they can’t they have always advised me how to go about it and what to do.

   I’m so glad the regular Indian pharmacist is back. She goes above and beyond every time and I have always had a pleasant experience. My prescriptions are now always ready on time. I never have to wait around to be served or even get advice anymore. The staff deserve a lot more recognition for their hard work. And they do not deserve the abuse they get from some horrible meme bets of the public. I hope management does something about it. Once again thank you to the lovely pharmacist and staff!

   I have never been treated the way the black women working there treated me. She has no customer service and cut her eyes and ignored me several time and talk back so rudely. She was defamation of my character in front of other customers and staff members which I don’t appreciate as I live in the area and made me look like someone I am not. She has no empathy or even considers what people might be going through their personal life when collecting their medication. I will be complaining to the ombudsman on they way I was treated on Monday 16th January 2023.

   Always terrible experience by one of the lady working there she shouts at you from behind the counter so everybody knows your name and personal details She has no manners and extremely rude . This happens every time

   Highly recommended this pharmacy to anyone! absolutely amazing service from the team and I cannot thank them enough for the service they give, they're always so helpful and friendly and willing to go the extra mile to help you. I would happily travel the extra 20 minutes to get my prescription here than one closer to where I live

   Wanted to just say thanks to the staff for finally sorting out my prescription after constantly having issue with it from the docs for months. Its not there fault (or job) if the wrong things are sent through to them but they went above and beyond to speak to the doctor and get it sorted out. Both the pharmacist and the chap who was serving where realy helpful and friend. Thanks guys.
