since takeover by green light customer service is rubbish you wait for at least 15min and are told to come back later promised improvements in basic service is never kept and you keep coming back after a day or so and still have to wait even at very quiet times for ages
unless you have a lot of time to waste be prepared to come back again and again and queue for hours just to be told your prescription hasn't arrived if you have more than one item on your prescription be sure you would have to come back as they don't have anything in stock in one word understaffed and overcrowded best avoided
2 months after they replied that they are working hard to improve NOTHING has yet changed (maybe became a little bit worse) you still have to wait 30 minutes to receive your prescription even though they have 5 pharmacists serving people (which only makes the place overcrowded) but just one computer... try going somewhere else whenever you can.
New management Unable to help you, but with a (fake) smile Reply to your reply: I did send an email, but got no response. And let me explain, the old management didn't have this fake smile... But you got sorted within minutes, now all of a sudden every small issue becomes a problem. I asked for a cream for a child with eczema over the counter and got told its not legal, so I went to your branch on oldhill Road and got it. Tried getting meds with a private prescription I was told they can't help me... Once again went to your oldhill branch not only did they help but even advised me that you can buy it without prescription for cheaper. The list goes on, staff are not willing to go out even 1% of their way to help a client. This never happened under previous management. And I'm not alone with these concerns.
An excellent pharmacy. Where you receive important health advice when needed.

Excellent service. Polite and friendly and will go out of their way to solve your problem. It is a very busy chemist but that is because of their amazing service. I have no doubt that Mr Cohen, the pharmacist, will do his very best to help you.
Mr Cohen is always on hand with advice, prompt service and a bit of humour too !
Very busy....staff helpful...brilliant charming pharmacist who knows you as the Person behind a name and not just as a customer. Its a small shop but is consistently clean and in order.
