Jai the pharmacist is brilliant. I think he is also the owner! The level of care is just 10/10 - thank you Jai and team. Although you may need to revise your staff choices. Nisha or Nimsha a rude sullen pharmacist. She’s rude to the counter staff too. Short girl with a beaky nose. Will catch the name next time!

This chemist is under new management. Staff are polite. However, they more than often don't have prescription medication due to (supposed) national shortage. They will not inform you before processing what they do have in stock, and they tell you return to your GP and ask for a new prescription for the medication they don't have in stock. They will not offer the same medication in the available dosage they have in stock and you will be left without your medication until your GP can write a new prescription for an alternative brand. The chemist itself has a very limited shop floor merchandise stock. I find the chemist himself thinks of himself as a doctor and always questions my medication and feels the need to ring my GP surgery alot of the time, even though I've been on my prescribed medication for over 2 decades. I'm probably a little biased because the previous management was there for years and they were very helpful and always did their best to accommodate. Plus, thwy almost never had stock issues! I am being honest with my review and I am choosing to use a different chemist in future.

This pharmacy has improved tenfold since the new owners too over. Cleaner, so much more efficient, dispensing stock better (have yet to have anything out of stock on prescription) and pharmacists are all friendly and helpful. I had cause to have a private consultation today and was so impressed with the time and care given. I hope the reviews begin to reflect this new management team and their efforts, thank you!

This is the worst pharmacy I’ve ever been to in my long life. I checked the pharmacy from the start to ensure they had the 2 boxes (steroid nasal) of medication which they confirmed they had. I handed them the the prescription. They told me to come back in 10-15 minutes. Completely messed me around. I waited over 30 minutes. They then asked me why I was waiting??!!! Are you joking? I gave my name to be told there is no prescription for you. I explained that I handed over the prescription to them when I went in 30 minutes before. Then they found it somewhere out the back and kept me waiting again for another 20 minutes . We’re close to 45 mins now of messing me around. It was a private prescription. The girl come out to tell me they are finalising the prescription but needed my address. I wrote it on a slip for her. Then 5 minutes later she came out quite vocally to hand my prescription back to me to say we can’t dispense the medication as apparently I need to book an appointment with the consultant so he can scribe my own address on the prescription then come back to see them in a few weeks. I’d previously taken previous scribes elsewhere who knew my address through the codes on there. I had full I’d with me. I could have written my address on the prescription and showed my driving licence to get - wait for it - steroid nasal drops - it’s like hay fever drops!!! Anyway suffice to say this is the worst ever pharmacy- so customer service and don’t really care about your needs. Well done!!

I was prescribed a cream for athlete's foot (Daktacort), and my GP sent the prescription to this pharmacy. On the first day I went there, they told me they couldn’t find my prescription. However, the NHS app showed it had been sent four days earlier, meaning they simply missed it. The next day, I returned with the barcode from my NHS app, which clearly showed the details. A staff member then told me to come back the following day because their system wouldn’t process it yet. On the third day, I went back again. This time, a pharmacist was there, and he told me twice that the cream was not available in the UK. He said I needed to ask my GP for two separate creams with the same ingredients instead. Since this was my third visit and I was being told something different again, I asked if he was sure. He repeated the same information, insisting that the cream was unavailable. Frustrated, I booked a GP appointment, only to learn that the pharmacy had given me false information. The cream was not only available but could be bought without a prescription. My GP sent the prescription to a nearby Boots pharmacy, where I finally got the cream. Conclusion: I went to this pharmacy three times, and each time, I was given different and incorrect information. Because of their mistakes, I had to wait almost two weeks to get my treatment, suffering from itchiness and discomfort during that time. I will never use this pharmacy for prescriptions again.

Spoke to a very helpful lady on the phone who gave me information about my prescription. I had already spoken to the surgery (unhelpful). The pharmacy are doing the work that the surgery aren’t and are picking up the slack. It’s probably why they’re so busy.

I have been using this pharmacy for years, unfortunately because it is local to me. This place is dreadful, always long queues, delays, disorganised, no one ever answers the phone or it's constantly engaged, I could go on! Avoid if you can and use boots in the high street or anywhere else. Only thing handy about this place is using the post office inside at the same time.

Every time you go in there there’s complete pandemonium and there’s 20 people waiting and 1 member of staff serving and another just aimlessly walking around acting like they don’t know what to do. Just had to wait 25 mins for a prescription when it was dropped in hours ago.
