   I asked for specifically calpol cough syrap for my 10 months baby which i used before, and the pharmacy brought out this unknown brand of liquid paracetamol! I explained again that he dosent have fever and there is no need for paracetamol he still pushed and told me it is the same thing and i should just take that, after me beeing presistant he than said they wore out of stock of it, i was very upset because we are dealing with a BABY and giving him paracetamol when its not need its just outrageous. Which makes me wonder do they get paid to push to sell anything or certain brands? Not impressed and i will be going somewhere else from now . This is second time i received bad service same guy have previously been on his mobile phone in the middle of my service for more than 10 mins while in the middle of getting served on the shop floor , i yet again had an impatient baby which made unable to wait for him to finish discussing in a foreign language while i as customer stood there, i had to leave the pharmacy and return to a very poor excuse .
