The pharmacist not only filled the prescription quickly but also took the time to explain everything and recommend additional remedies to help him recover faster.    This pharmacy has been incredibly helpful with our travel vaccinations. Rains's pharmacist Torsi was extremely knowledgeable about all the vaccines we needed for our family trip. She scheduled us in for multiple appointments and was particularly patient with my daughter who is afraid of needles. We got some very useful advice too, about what medication we should take with us. We received an excellent service from Rains Pharmacy and all of its helpful and knowledgeable staff.

   Earlier this winter we had our flu jabs done at Rains pharmacy in an extremely helpful, efficient and professional manner. Only after that I realised how lucky we where when I found out that some friends and colleagues have been trying to get one at a few other places and couldn't get theirs booked in time. So we will definitely return next year. Amazing customer service, professionalism and speediness. We are travelling abroad next month so planning to use their travel clinic services for that as well.

   Took my son to Rains to be tested for Strep A, his test was positive. They were so helpful and offered great advice. Not my closest pharmacy but we’ll worth the travel time. Also very reasonable as another pharmacy near me wanted to charge more than double for the same service. Henel in particular was great. She really put my 6 year olds mind at rest and was very caring and gentle.

   This is an excellent pharmacy. The team that works here is very friendly and will help with any issue. We had a number of specialist baby formula supplied via the pharmacy when our little girl was young, and they always have a great range of services on offer which are available: flu jabs, covid, strep A and travel vaccines. Thank you to Henel and the wider team for such a helpful and vital local service!

A young employee by the name of Henel goes ABOVE AND BEYOND! From pharmacy staff to the cashiers up front, everyone treats me like I am family, being friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable!
