They are good when it comes to getting prescribed medicine and good efficiency / service. They do seem to have some people who are not pharmacists and just stand around and chat. I came the other day to talk to a pharmacist about problems I've been experiencing and she downplayed it, went to urgent care the next day and I had an infection and walked out with antibiotics. So... 50/50 experience.

Was walking in for 2nd jab for COVID vaccine, the attitude of vaccinator are extremely terrible, she was shouting at us βitβs not my fault that you didnβt have the correct dose last timeβ and kick us out by saying βthe waiting room is full u have to leaveβ the vaccinator woman is very rude, inpatient and unprofessional to patients and customers!! If thereβs any other vaccinations nearby available, I wonβt come again!!

Hello. I wanted to briefly share my first experience. I had and have some problems in my abdomen and for several days, thanks to apparently sedentary work and stress, more frequent drinking of tea for the intestines and water in general, I went to the toilet quite often for about 3, 4 days last week. In addition, I have abdominal pain during stress and recently bad digestion, during the years of demanding work in hospitality, where it was a problem to urinate, drink or even eat during the shift. Urine tests exist for example, to find out at home what substances are missing in the body, to adjust the regime or diet, and also to be able to better talk about problem with the doctor over the phone, for example. Urine tests exist, and they are sold in pharmacies in London. I was told that you don't sell them, you didn't really know what I was talking about originally and that I should buy a pregnancy test. Thank you for your expert advice :) Maybe next time. I understand that colleagues in the pharmacy tried to do only their job. Maybe I misunderstood.

We came along to get the jabs and the service was great, the staff were also nice, helpful with things when asked. Getting here was easy enough, via bus, you'd get off at either Burgess Street (Stop MX)/St Paul's Way Trust School (Stop MT) via the 309 or St Paul's Way (Stop MG)/Ackroyd Drive Burdett Road (Stop MB) via D6/D7/277/N277. All in all, great.

I came here for the first time to get my Covid vaccine and am very pleased with the service. The staff are reassuring and professional, the space is bright and clean and I hardly had to wait. I look forward to having my second jab here. Would recommend.
