   Thank you, Britinia Pharmacy, And the pharmacist. Last Saturday, third of May, My daughter had serious allergic reaction (Anaphylaxis), she had serious attack. Luckily, we run into the Pharmacy for an EpiPen, He saw the seriousness of the allergy andgave The EpiPento my wife who administrated it and that has saved her life. And as it for emergency medicine, Britannia pharmacies did not charge us. I’ve been using this Pharmacy for many many years And will do in the future, god willing.

   This Pharmcy has the worst customer service, I actually dread coming here. I had been coming here for years and they have poor customer service on the phone and in person. They carry judgmental vibes and you cannot tell me otherwise and that’s why I stopped coming here. The door is struggle to open I feel sorry for those in wheelchairs and with pushchairs. The only good thing I can is they have a variety of products to buy over the counter with okay prices.

   Avoid at all costs. For context, I have been there for a couple of years and in general the prices are more expensive than usual and the staff is quite dismissive, but it was close to my house so convenient. However today especially the staff was incredibly rude, I had a medication that was on a worldwide shortage and needed help to get it as I was travelling soon, but the staff made it clear it wasn’t their problem and kept rudely cutting off the call. The man I talked to was curt, blaming me (for “leaving it late” - my doctors did send the prescription as usual but the worldwide shortage want they needed to send it twice with a new dosage but made a mistake and sent the original dose), couldn’t be less helpful if he tried while I was panicking about my health for the next month as I’d be travelling and this could be me in danger, but he couldn’t care less and would just cut off the call while I was talking. It was really quite shocking, and frankly was quite distressed after the 2 phone calls.

   Very friendly staff the chemist very helpful I've known this place since I was a young person over 50 years now I remember Mr birdie a gentleman he occasionally pops in.its the best and i disagree with negative posts..
