I called this pharmacy thinking that it was the GP as the GP is within the same building, the lady that answered (saunia/saudia) with an asian accent conducted the conversation as though she was speaking to someone that was annoying her. With no form of assistance, this lady told me bye and hung up the phone on me in the middle of my explanation. This has left me with a distasteful emotion as this i now feel neglected and disrespected. When calling a pharmacy to someone you dont know or never met, this is not the response you expect. Im very disappointed!

Excellent pharmacy, everyone that works there is lovely and so helpful. They are great with children. This pharmacy provides exceptional service, creating a positive experience for all. The staff's kindness and helpfulness truly stand out. Their wonderful approach with children makes visits comfortable for families. It's clear they prioritize patient care and create a welcoming atmosphere. This commitment to excellence makes them a valuable asset to the community.

I've always held this pharmacy in high regard, especially given its proximity to Newham Hospital, but my recent visit was a letdown. The lady at the front desk was absolutely lovely, but the young woman at the back could do with a bit more customer service training. I was simply there to pick up a course of antibiotics, yet I was met with an excessive barrage of questions, as though Iβd requested something far more restricted. To top it off, part of my prescription was withheld (14 tablets given and not 21), and despite requesting that everything be packed together, I left without the additional flu medication Iβd paid for my spouse. A touch more courtesy would make a world of difference. After all, without customers, her job wouldnβt exist. I sincerely hope management takes this feedback on board to enhance the experience for everyone, as itβs rather disappointing.

I usually collect my medication in this Pharmacy Store for a long time now, but I witnessed an ugly situation on a Wednesday, two weeks ago exactly. *Here is a gentleman, a customer for that matter, being bullied by the workers of the same Pharmacy store because he's a black person* To be honest, I felt so embarrassed and disappointed as a result of the behaviours of the workers in this Britannia Pharmacy Store and it will definitely, take some time before this impression goes away from me. That's my pattern of life anyway. Two workers were particularly notorious for the bullying on that day -- a young lady wearing a white overall and another lady with a religious head cover. The two of them are not fit for any purpose in that store because I have found them being rude to customers, including myself in the past. The CCTV in the store (if any) should be able to reveal an account of these incidents as well. The store will perform better with a mature and responsible someone rather than the current set of workers, please. If the Store Management does not welcome people of colour anymore, they should kindly say that, in a notice in the store rather than bullying and intimidating customers all over the place! Bullying and intimidation are NOT acceptable in any modern society, please and I expect someone will act responsibly on this note immediately. Thank you.

Up until now always had a good experience in this pharmacy for my repeat medication. Yesterday it was very busy, I politely asked if my prescription was ready moved back and waited, when suddenly I was shouted to from about 10ft away by a new assistant 'what is the address' I said I wasn't going to shout it out in front of everyone which she seemed annoyed about and just asked the same thing again which I refused to do. Err Sorry if my personal info not hollered across the shop floor for all to hear isn't to your satisfaction Love but when you shout out your full address to a bunch of strangers then I'll happily do the same!! I showed my driving licence, paid for it and wasn't even thanked. Very rude member of staff who needs further training in my opinion.

Rip-off merchants - I was charged Β£14.99 for chloramphenicol eye drops, which would have cost Β£5.99 elsewhere. This was not even a branded item, it was a generic. Staff did not offer alternative options or even inform me of the cost. No directions were given by the counter assistant, clearly do not care about their patientβs health and just wanted the money. Not exactly what the community needs during these challenging economic times like this. Better off going to boots or Superdrug unfortunately. Would give them zero star if there was an option available.

Front desk lady was amazing . Great listener . Sadly, one of the staff from back , she was extremely rude . She thinks she is a princess by becoming a pharmacist. She has attitude and I was observing her couple of time . Never charged . I feel sorry for some good staff work here .

I just want to say a big thank you to all the staff for their hard work and great service. My family has been using this pharmacy for years and I must say I am very impressed with how well these guys have managed to do their job especially with the Pandemic going on. The place is clean and well stocked and the staff have always been helpful from my experience. They really do know what they're talking about!

Iβve used this pharmacy few times when and if i am in the area and so far i have always had a good experience. Counter staff are always friendly and helpful. It was a little busy few mornings but staff still managed to take time to explain products and pay attention to what i needed. I have heard good things about their prescription services from family who live locally but never used myself. Overall great service and would recommend.
