   I visited yesterday to request a travel vaccination and received excellent guidance on how to proceed and book, as well as help verifying my historical vaccination records, which I had brought with me. Unlike some people who assume everything depends solely on the pharmacist, I’m perfectly capable of maintaining my own vaccination records—so there’s no need to take frustrations out on a pharmacist who is working hard to support the public. In my experience, this pharmacy consistently goes above and beyond. The team is outstanding, offering help in every aspect of my visit. I also noticed the care and attention they gave to other customers, taking the time to listen carefully to each request and responding with clear, expert advice. In a time when many people feel overwhelmed by work or time pressures, it’s easy to overlook how tirelessly NHS staff, pharmacists, and many others work to keep everything running smoothly. I would highly recommend Allens Pharmacy as a true leader in professionalism, well worth a 5 star review – if not more!

   My mother and I arrived here for a vaccine. Without first asking on our vaccine history, the pharmacist pulled out 2 from the fridge to make room temperature. It turned out that my mother did not need one as it was only 2 years since she had her booster (we came to know that the tetanus jab lasts 10 years). However the pharmacist indicated that I would need to pay for both (which I obliged). After receiving the injection, I asked for a plaster, he insisted that I did not need one only for me to discover that when I arrived at home that I had bled onto my t-shirt. I won’t be going there again.

   Have quite recently started using this pharmacy and I am so glad that I chose Allen's they are extremely helpful and friendly and very professional. It makes a huge change from who we used before if only all pharmacies were as good as Allen's. I like their products that they sell in their shop and would definitely recommend to people to choose them as their number one go to pharmacy.

   I had been to this pharmacy on a few occasions. One day I was going opposite the pharmacy for dinner and I had parked my car on the pay and display. I ran out of battery on my phone so had to use the machine for a ticket but didn't have any coins. I went in the pharmacy explained what happened and that I wanted to buy a pot of vaseline so I could get change for the machine. They actually refused to sell me it because they don't give change for parking. I could not believe what I was hearing, I was not asking them to just give me change, I was making a purchase. I will never again step into that pharmacy. Also I had my newborn daughter and my then 6 year old with me, they could see it wasn't easy for me.
