   Let's just say the guy there doesn't know what friendly customer service means, brushes you off soo fast, not helpful at all, poor customer service.

   Appealing service, I went in to buy a few pair of shoes and the man was on the phone, I picked out the pair of shoes I wanted whilst I waited for him to come off the phone. When he did so he didn't address me and was busy writing notes, as he was just off the phone I thought it might be important notes so patiently waited for him to finish all the whilst waiting to see if the shoes where in my size so I could purchase them. He then waited til 17:01 to address me just to tell me that it was now 5 and they were closed. I explained that he was on the phone when I came in and was waiting for him to finish, I then asked since I had already picked out the shoes I wanted if I could go ahead and purchase them to which he judt puffed and said he was closed. He then watched me put all the shoes back whilst huffing and puffing. I've been shopping at Miss Diva's for years but this is the first time it has happened and it's surely put me off going again. Would not recommend to anyone if that's how they're going to be treated!

   I saw a blogger posting boots which I went into store to look at. It's not the kind of store I would normally go into. However did not like the boots but saw others that I liked. I tried size out but size too large. I spoke to male assistant who checked back for size and when he did not have he said I will call the fort to see if they have. He called and they could not find even though they showed on system. He was super helpful and brought a similar style from stockroom which I liked but not as much. He said if you leave phone number then I will get them checked again on Monday at other store. Imagine my surprise when he called Monday morning and said good news I got you the boots and they are here. I live near and went immediately and picked up. Excellent customer service and guy super friendly.

   Bought three pair of shoes for wedding in cancun one was just for casual only wore one pair an handbag to match came home for reception put second pair on an strap snapped wasn't cheap either won't b bck

   Went in to buy a new pair of boots, one of the girls who worked there walked past me so I asked her if she had a size 4 in these boots, she said she was with a customer and would come over in 2 minutes, after waiting for about 15 minutes she comes out the back, walks behind the checkout and starts talking away to a customer who's already being served by someone else, I just put the boots back and walked out. Not very good customer service.
