   Like many others have stated this is a poor boots branch with awful staff. Went to collect my order twice, they said it wasn't there, boots customer service said it was so I went back again and my order had been returned!!!! It is a messy store, staff non existent with increasing long queues and those serving (like the guy with long plaited hair) doing everything in his power to be as slow as possible. No longer shop there!

   Went in to collect a prescription, had to stand and wait whilst two members of staff finished their personal conversation in front of me. Female member of staff standing right in front of me didn't acknowledge nothing, leading to the male pharmacist from the back having to come round to assist even then she barely looked up from the computer. The customer service is always extremely poor and unhelpful.

   Has to be the most useless Boots store I’ve ever been to. Minimal stock, no staff presence (you have to look for them), doesn’t open on a Sunday either. Just pathetic really.

   Consistently poor service. One person on the till having to deal with a woman doing a huge amount of returns. Two people hiding in the back refusing to get on the other till and help get rid of the huge line forming.

   10.22am and not open, states awaiting a locum pharmacist. Store should still be able to serve the basics and had a photo delivered to be collected but cannot gain entrance.

   To be honest this store is the worst boots store I have ever seen … worst in uk ..usually no stock .. all the make up selves are empty.. pharmacy system is down when it needed.

   Really rude, abrupt and unhelpful manager and staff. Very dismissive of customers. Simply shrug their shoulders and look past you when you ask for help. They couldn't answer any questions and said they "have no facilities to help". No faculties, more like. Big brands like Boots don't care if you go elsewhere. Pathetic service.

   The store is small, dark and depressing and the staff are overall quite rude. They barely have any stock so if you are there to purchase (and not for the pharmacy), be ready to be disappointed and to queue for a very long time if you do manage to find what you are looking for. There isn't a self-checkout and the poor Pharmacists have to act as Sales Assistant too. There's no space to queue either as you're in the way of other customers. Their collection service is as shocking as their stock and opening hours. Don't expect an apology either, even if you've received an email/text asking you to collect your order. Thankfully, Beckenham has other stores and the Bromley branch isn't too far.

   Thoughtful staff, particularly Mandy the store manager who goes the extra mile to care for customers. She offered me the consultation room; noticing I was in need of a quiet space to care for my newborn. Excellent pharmacy
