“The manager of this store (who I believe is of Indian origin) is an absolute asset to this company and the store itself.The guy definitely leads by example. The experience reminds me shopping in Mumbai market in a traditional ,friendly almost family like manner - he exhibits a great customer service.Always extremely polite and helpful,willing to provide all the information about the products or suggest the alternatives. “Always fully stocked would appreciate if the house department was a little bit bigger but hey Ho at least it’s got a house department. The food is always fresh. The staff are very helpful in general just love shopping at Waitrose in Beckenham.”
