   Terrible EYEBROW THREADING lady. Very rude, does her job too quickly and therefore often misses some eyebrow hair and my eyebrows grow back super quickly. She seems like she hates her job and cannot be bothered with it. I now go all the way to Superdrug in Bromley to get my eyebrows done, the lady is FANTASTIC! She takes her time and is very careful that you’re happy with the result

   Terrible arrangement of flu jab. I arrived at the store on the agreed time today, based on the details in the reminder email received yesterday, only to find the pharmacy counter closed with a notice stating it was shut until further notice. I received no prior communication about this closure, nor any cancellation or rescheduling of my appointment. This caused considerable inconvenience and cost to me, especially as I had taken my annual leave from my work to attend.

   Pharmacist within Superdrug’s is the most useless person I have encountered in a long time (name is Chika). Been standing waiting for over 20 minutes to collect a prescription which was pre ordered. Have been asked the same question 3 times (is it an online Dr, twice in the space of 2 minutes by the pharmacist) I ordered prescription from Superdrug online pharmacy. The pharmacist is rude and unresponsive, when I asked if she could check the progress of my prescription she ignored me and tried to not acknowledge me. I had to ask a second time. She went away to check and just came back and asked me the same question again. Have now been told despite already been waiting 20 minutes it’s going to be another5/10 minutes as the Pharmacist has one computer which she is sharing with a trainee who is now dispensing someone else’s prescription. Beyond a joke. I understand at busy times there is a wait but there are only 2 people waiting. It’s so slow I have seen 3 people wait and leave without even being acknowledged. Avoid at all costs. It’s time you will never get back again. Find any other pharmacy accept this one.

   Today I want to say a huge thank you to the Superdrug Pharmacy team in Beckenham, especially Tina and Jessica. They are always so kind, professional, and genuinely go above and beyond to help. No matter how busy it gets, they take the time to listen, explain things clearly, and make sure you leave feeling reassured and supported. Their customer care is outstanding, and it makes such a difference to know you’re being looked after by people who truly care. Tina and Jessica are a real credit to the pharmacy and to Superdrug. I honestly wouldn’t go anywhere else – highly recommend!

   I just wanted to say how fantastic the pharmacy team at Superdrug Beckenham are. Every time I visit, the pharmacists are incredibly professional, friendly, and efficient. They always make the collection process quick and seamless, which is so appreciated, especially when you're in a rush. A special mention has to go to Jessica – she is absolutely lovely! So warm, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Her professionalism and efficiency stand out every time. You really feel looked after here. Huge thanks to the whole team – you're doing a brilliant job!

   Don't do your eyelashes here! The woman is very rude. My wife went there for a eyelash tint and she was so rude. Rather than speaking nicely to my wife she was very abrupt and illmannered.

   Security guard helpful. The staff couldn't care. I asked a young girl if they had what i was looking for. Her reply " the other Isle " I eventually found what I was looking for. Thank you, not.

   Rude store manager, poor stock, opened used and damaged make-up. avoid this store if you Don't want to be treated like S***. Store manager makes up rules and fake facts to attack customers in an attempt to feed his ego. Customer service is below 0 stars. Never in my life been verbally attacked by a store employee for opening a product in a store where MOST of the makeup stock been opened, switched and some damaged. Most ridiculous, after I was told off for opening a product (to buy a chosen lipstick), I asked for eye liner and another consultant OPENED a few of them! So it's OK for then to open, but not for customers who are buying said product and caring to buy unused one. See picture what they sell if you just take a product believing its been unused.

   Pharmacy regularly doesn't have stock and make excuses for not being able to fill prescriptions for up to a week after they (eventually admitted) had receive them. Completely sold out of their entire season's private flu vaccine stock by the end of Nov. and won't be getting any more.
