Been dropping off and picking parcels with issues do almost all the carriers in one place which is handy
Dropped a parcel for Royal Mail to pick up few day ago. It seems like the parcel is still sitting in the shop. Was wondering why the status hasn’t been updated. After reading some terrible reviews, I’m very worried about the delivery process.

Fed ex says they didn’t collect 6 of my parcels from them. The shop keeper insisted they have. After reading all these bad reviews I’m beginning to think they’re dodgy
Do not use. UPS showed as delivered, I went to collect and he said it wasn’t there, despite the parcel having been signed for by him. I left but then decided to go back as I didn’t feel good about it. He denied all knowledge of the parcel, so I asked to look for myself and immediately saw my parcel. Not sure if he’s trying to steal parcels?
Don’t bother for collect+ On two occasions they’ve not accepted my parcel, without any explanation why. Better off going somewhere else than wasting your time going here
This man has stolen my parcel. won't listen to reason; won't listen to the courier company. ignorant, rude, intractable and a thief. This is the second time I have has issues picking up a parcel form this shop and he is a disgrace.
Dropped off collect plus package, with print in store label, with no issues.
Went to collect my parcel and they said they hadn’t gotten it when they did. And claimed the must have thrown it away.
A Collect+ store that won't take any parcels, best bet is to find another place. Waste of time.
