   Good stock for the Christmas chaos, busy but no queues and the staff were very friendly. The booze section was great with good selection and not overpriced. The car park was a bit chaotic but as to be expected running up to Christmas.

   I am so glad I visited this branch, they had an amazing variety which I have not seen at other branches like the dry aged beef cabinet and they also sell gigha cheese. After shopping, you can also take part in the The Waitrose charity coin vote system. It is located conviently by the tram stop but even better if you have a car.

   Always fully stocked would appreciate if the house department was a little bit bigger but hey Ho at least it’s got a house department. The food is always fresh. The staff are very helpful in general just love shopping at Waitrose in Beckenham.

   This is not the first, nor the second, nor even the third time that I have noticed this person who works as a security guard at the entrance. He is a dark-skinned, short, elderly man, and repeated problems have occurred with him, the most recent being on Sunday, September 28. I have observed that he frequently causes issues with people and deliberately hides the badge he wears on his chest so that his name is not visible. By doing this, he is clearly aware that his behavior is inappropriate. Today, he went further by directing inappropriate religious remarks at me, which is considered conduct punishable by law. I kindly request that the management intervene and address this person’s behavior urgently, as allowing this to continue will only lead to further problems in this establishment.

   Apologies to all the staff at this branch, and no reflection on the waitrose Beckenham colleagues who always go above and beyond my expectations. Why is there no manager to free up a till when there are queues? Why is there no way to weigh loose items when at the self checkout? Why when you use handheld scanner the whole shopping has to be re-scanned at a till? Why no store telephone number when in the parking bay collecting a click&collet order? Why the self checkout requires so much help from assistant? Why do I not look forward to shopping at waitrose Beckenham? hopefully I will not annoy any staff there again with my moaning. I have used all major uk supermarkets and in my opinion think that waitrose managers should visit other leading supermarkets to improve the checkout process.

   All seems good - nice Waitrose with a Beckenham vibe. Prices are high, but clientele will pay if presented with quality produce & treated with respect and dignity - a million miles away from the grit of East London - would recommend :)

   This waitrose store is very big inside it was a bit a busy when i went in. I didn't wait to long to be served the shelves where full of food in stock. Clean & tidy too. Also the car park is large too.
