   We collect medication from this pharmacy for sometime now. If there is a need to contact them over the phone, you are due to expect an usually rude and no patient person on the other side of the phone. Quite unpleasant and low customer service. They should invest in their customer service as is quite bad

   The staff are fantastic, always great service and happy to go further then needed , and to all the miserable rude customers giving them a hard time , its not their fault your meds are not ready , a bit more respect and kindness goes a long way . I can’t believe how rude some people are to the staff

   I like Williams however today 'staff' very disorganised and couldn't find my filled prescription that was sent by Dr previous evening. I had to wait ages whilst 3 members of staff looked and I was in a hurry. In the end the pharmacist came out and eventually found it but the staff hadn't numbered my meds which is their filing system. They need to do better because working in a pharmacy requires efficiency on all levels and a while ago my son and daughter with same surname had their meds mixed up. Lucky my daughter noticed. I also find it annoying that not everything is priced on the shelves [unless it is now] and it is way too expensive in there. These are just my observations but apart from that all staff are friendly and polite.

   Very rude, poor customer's service skills, lack of understanding and respect for foreign names and culture. After I asked an old blonde lady with glasses to call me how I prefer to be called,she refused to do it and after I turned around, she kept laughing and mocking at me (and my name) with her colleagues. Totally unprofessional and rude.

   Absolutely the worst chemist in Chislehurst. Prescriptions are never ready even though they are meant to be electronic. Staff rude and unhelpful and an unpleasant atmosphere. Also, witnessed two members of staff talking about a customer that had just left the shop (and not in a good way). Utter disgrace and very unprofessional.
