My experience at this pharmacy was extremely disappointing. I felt dismissed and not taken seriously as a patient. Staff made me feel uncomfortable, and I did not feel respected or supported during my visit. On top of that, they did not help me with the medication I needed, and I left feeling ignored and frustrated. I hope they make serious improvements in how they treat people, because no one should feel unwelcome or unheard when seeking healthcare.

Raising all alarms possible about this pharmacy if you rely on them for any life saving drugs. They stalled me for over 2 weeks for medicines to manage my diabetes and then told me they canβt give it to me. Itβs a sham of a pharmacy.

The staff at this pharmacy are all extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Great recommendations to patients and great service overall, I would highly recommend! :)

My recent experience was the same as others below from a young female staff. I had a chest infection and was getting medicines as I couldnβt talk well as I couch when I do. Another staff was organising boxes and she didnβt hear me well and yelled at me like βI canβt hear you!!β So rude. Why do you have to treat patients like that? Canβt understand.

After about 6 years finally changed to another pharmacy. Not only the repeat prescription system is a nightmare but a staff member even dared to lie and blame it all on my GP practice. Not had more than 1-2 successful repeats in a year. Never mind that my health condition was discussed out loud in front of other customers once. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Have been using this pharmacy for 8 years and the service gets progressively worse and worse. Have to chase prescriptions that are meant to be repeated when you follow up they give you attitude. Truly infuriating

Went in to check for something, staff were helpful with information provided. It has many of things you'd expect from you local Pharmacy and this place doesn't disappoint in that department. Getting here would be either via bus Sir Ludwig Guttmann Health Centre (Stop R/Q) which uses 339 or Stratford Station via Central/Jubilee, Dockland Light Railway (DLR), Overground, TfL Rail, greateranglia and c2c. Good.

Great staff, excellent professional service. Unfortunately there isn't any proper air conditioning during this immensely hot weather and I almost fainted whilst waiting for my prescription to be ready! Really feel for the staff having to work in such conditions which is awful! Hopefully they can get some cool air in, as the fans they are using just aren't adequate enough to keep even a fly cool. In all seriousness because of my underlying health conditions, I would have certainly needed the emergency services if I had stayed a minute longer in there, please rectify immediately.
