   This not the first time I am getting abu-sed & understimated at that pharmacy, everytime I want there to collect my medecines the staff looks at me in a very strange way, they start wispering to each other and throw begative comments, not showing any respect or consideration. I had to change my pharmacy because of their annoying behaviour.

   Extremely poor customer service by the Pharmacist. She didn't even bother to move from her sit and to speak to me to advise me, instead she used the till lady as a intermediary to pass the messages back and forth between us. And in the end she refused to sell me the medication i wanted (which they had guaranteed I could buy over the counter). In the end, I went to another pharmacy who were extremely helpful and kind and sold me the medication I wanted.

   Disappointing that a FARMACY is charging 3 or 4 times more for a face mask in a period of crisis. Not even a single packaged one. Shame on you.
