    Just went in there for a intimate cream. The 2 male cashiers were gawping at me the entire time that I was speaking to the pharmacist regarding the cream. Male pharmacist is incredibly tone deaf and asking me intimate questions regarding problem in front of those guys and all the customers - surely this could have been done more privately? In a bid to get out asap I just bought a product that I don't even think will be helpful.

    Absolutely appalling customer service. Terrible communication skills. When they've made mistakes (plenty times) they never own up or apologise. Every time I've attended there's been some issue or another, and often have to come back, and even then things are not ready. It's got to the point that I get stressed when I have to think about going to the pharmacy (and unfortunately have to deal with them monthly due to my elderly mother in laws prescriptions). Today was the last straw and I've moved pharmacists, and I recommend everyone stay clear of them.

    Chaotic. I always call to ask if all my items are ready to collect. Every single time at least one item is missing and I have to go in a second time. Prescriptions are never in fact ready to collect and there are often long waits and inadequate seating whilst the prescription is filled. Staff often wander off and fail to communicate what they are doing, when you check that they are carrying out your prescription you are often met with abruptness. There is an older pharmacist who I believe is the manager who speaks to his staff incredibly disrespectfully, raising his voice and being disparaging to his juniors in view and earshot of customers. Unprofessional and disturbing - it is unsurprising to me that the pharmacy is run so inefficiently if this is the person in charge. The other day I watched as they painted over part of the Jimi Hendrix mural with white paint when they were having their window frames painted. Please see my additional comments after the response from the owner: How can I provide evidence of something that's not there? My experience is that I always call ahead to check in advance that everything is ready - I arrive and in actual fact things are not there. These aren't flippant statements but statements of fact that relate to my personal experience of customer service within your pharmacy. As a disabled customer it's difficult and energy consuming for me to have to make repeat visits to collect my medication. For the owner of a business to respond online in such a tone of voice is quite shocking and only confirms my suspicion that the issue lies within the management of the business. Your staff are trying their best but it's clear that there systemic issues with how you operate which are clearly visible the moment one steps in the shop. I'll be moving my repeat prescriptions somewhere else after this outrageous response. Thanks

    Beware of these scam artists. They give wrong medicines and rinsing NHS by doing dodgy prescription reviews. Also running and illegal parking scam on side of the Panay trying to catch innocent motorist out

    The Pharmacy managed to deliver my medication after a less than desirable Pharmacy had failed to do so. They did this within a couple of days when I was isolating as I had Covid and was very unwell so I was very grateful for this - thank you very much. I do however think they can improve on their communication as I spoke with the lady twice on the Friday and she promised my medication would be delivered at 4pm and then at 6:45pm so I did I not ask my neighbour to go and pick it up as she gave me her word. Unfortunately it did not arrive until the following morning. I understand they are busy but it takes two 2mins to call a patient and just let them know that they are not able to deliver as as I mentioned above my neighbour could have collected this for me and I would have got my meditation sooner.

    The old man the so called doctor mr Patel he is so rude he has no respect for customers who walk in, in pain asking for help. He just sends them away in such a disgusting manner like he is the only human and the rest are Animals who go to him. The audacity he has to shout at customers wow shocking. And the english lady at the till wearing glasses she never smiles. They both are such a grumpy pair. I Didn't even want to give 1 star but to leave a review I had no choice! They need to really change their attitudes honestly people only go there for help for advice for medicines if ill not for a social gathering . Absolutely disgusting and how he is still a doctor serving medicines.

    Always polite efficient service. My electronic prescription is always made up and ready to collect. Good range of products and healthcare. I had an interview with the pharmacist about my medication and this was really useful.
