    This pharmacy used to be great - very slow now ! You would be lucky if you got your medication (if in stock ) or within 15 - 20 minutes even if there aren’t other customers ! I avoid going there whenever I can.

    Booked a flu jab with the staff a week ago, took time from work to be there on time. Was told that they will not do it because "IM PAYING FOR THE VACCINE MYSELF". First you have to book the vaccine, they won't just do it (even though there are posters promoting the jab on all doors), but thats not enough, the state has to pay for you otherwise they wont do it. Such an annoying thing having to deal with such vulgar behaviour. Am going to complain to their watchdog.

    It is not first time when i get not that repeated medications i ordered ! I sick of that !Why i need to find it at home while open the pack ! I have ordered my ANTIDEPRESANTS,PAINKILLERS and other REPEATED medications ! Instead i"ve got vitamins !!!What's wrong with you people ! I am disabled person ! How many times i have to crawl to your bloody shop to get what i ordered !

    The staff act like they wish they were anywhere else. The walk- in customer is treated like an unwanted stranger. Sadly, despite its handy location, I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy.

    I've no idea how they got job. I think they want to keep the customers waiting inside for they're prescription. Everytime I go there my goodness...even though for a small thing they'll keep you waiting. They keep doing they're work. Every time you’ve to wait for nothing, they could just serve the customers quick. Bloody we've got work to go. I think need drugs to work faster or give respect to others valuable time

    I did ask a lady on counter if their perfumes were genuine and she did say "yes". I bought a jean Paul Gaultier for Β£50 but the perfume was replica and worth not even Β£5. I am so disappointed and will never buy anything from that pharmacy shop and others around . I usually buy from big brand but thought to help local shops in this pandemic but are fraud. please be aware all perfumes in this pharmcy are not genuine. do not go with their words. I just lost Β£50 .

    It was 6 of ladies work today. It takes them 25 minutes to give me pills ordered 2 days ago. People which came after me with prescription from gp where served first. After 8 years I decided to go to a different pharmacy
