   Every time ive been to this pharmacy they’ve never been of any help they send me back saying they don’t have the items for over the counter which is a huge inconvenience.. terrrible service

   I had a very unpleasant experience at this pharmacy due to one of the staff members. The lady working there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn’t greet me at all and immediately started shouting over the smallest issues. Her attitude was incredibly disrespectful, not only to me but also to the children in the store. It’s clear that she has no understanding of customer service or how to communicate properly, especially with young kids. This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable in any customer-facing role. I highly recommend avoiding this pharmacy and would not recommend it to anyone. Management needs to address this issue to prevent further negative experiences.

   I wish I could give them a zero star. Recently I got a ear piercing done and next day it fell off so I went again and ask them if they can replace it. I was willing to pay but a lady was being very unprofessional and their customer services skills is worst. Maybe you should have gave me reasonable prices after this. I wasn’t neglecting maybe It wasn’t my fault your colleague might have not done it properly that’s it why it fell off next day from one ear only. They should have gave me full instructions before piercings. They don’t know how to speak or deal with customer and she won’t listen to me. I was shocked when SHE TOLD ME NOT TO COME AGAIN IN THIS PHARMACY. She needs more training on how to deal with customer with this behaviour. I recommended not to go there and don’t ever get eat piercing from them. It’s total scam.

   Today I contacted weston pharmacy and im all the way in Berkshire, however my mum is in Upton park and needed a dentist it all got crazy calling everywhere BUT Mandy the pharmacist at weston was so helpful she went above and beyond and now my mum has antibiotics, after calling 111 a dentist, this is why I'm proud to be an Eastender,Thank you Mandy xx
