   A truly wonderful and friendly pharmacy! My mum is a full-time carer for my grandad, who is in his 90s. She often feels stressed trying to manage both his medications and her own. Clockworks Pharmacy has been incredible in supporting her. They take care of repeat prescriptions and ensure everything is delivered on time, so there’s no need to panic about running out of medication. I also asked whether mum’s medicines could be provided in blister packs to make things easier for her to manage—and the answer was yes! A huge thank you to Sangita, who is always kind, helpful, and knowledgeable. Deliveries are always prompt, and the drivers patiently wait until my mum opens the door so they can hand the medication directly to her. The service is consistently efficient, professional, and supported by excellent communication with patients. I would highly recommend Clockworks Pharmacy without hesitation.

   I’ve honestly had such a fantastic experience at this pharmacy every time I’ve been. Affra Pirzada is always so friendly and approachable, making you feel comfortable straight away. Parth’s jokes and positive energy never fail to cheer me up, and Showmmoy is just so kind and bubbly – you can tell he genuinely cares. Rayas is hilarious but also incredibly helpful; whenever I’m unsure about something, he explains it clearly and puts my mind at ease. Akshay is so nice and always ready to help, with such a kind-hearted tone that instantly makes you feel supported. Sangita Auntie is wonderful – her smile lights up the room, and her hugs make you feel completely at home. The pharmacy is always clean, organised, and efficient, and it’s clear the whole team truly value their customers. I really enjoyed my time working with them and hope to do more work experiences with them in the future!

   All the staff at Clockwork Pharmacy are incredibly helpful and friendly. A special thank you to Parth, who always goes above and beyond to support both patients and their families—he’s even available on the phone when needed. They are very quick in packing and delivering medications. Unlike other pharmacies in my area that were often slow, Clockwork Pharmacy has been efficient and reliable. Since switching, I’ve had no regrets—and now, all my family members have also moved to this pharmacy because of their proactive and fast-paced service. Highly recommended!

   GREAT PHARMACY GREAT SERVICE. Downside is they literally never pick up the phone like perhaps like 1/10 times probably even during non-busy hours eg theres been times when i’ve called 5 times and nobody has answered and had to go travel there understand instead in the cold and it’s been literally empty with many workers present. Please pick up your phone more often but otherwise you’re all good and cool ngl hehe x

   A very nice gesture by the Clockwork worker yesterday (Lee). He advised me diligently about a deep cut I had on my hand. And he even offered me a plaster to ensure that I apply everything in the correct manner. A small gesture, but it is things like this that encourages us to come back again and again.    Great service and very friendly personnel. I got a free consultation to determine which vaccines I needed for an upcoming trip, and was able to receive the vaccines I needed within a few minutes. Very quick process and it’s also the best price for travel vaccines in the area. I had a great experience and getting the injections themselves was painless. 10/10 would recommend.
