One of the worse pharmacy I been to. Staff are very rude, they need training on customer service. Had to wait more than 20mins for my meds. They had more than 5 staffs but still had to wait for me medication, one customer had to wait for 45mins. Very bad customer service and unprofessional.

They don’t care here. You wait and wait and they just stroll around doing nothing. It was quiet when I went and I still had to wait . Staff not doing anything whilst your parking bill rises and rises. They served one customer their medication in 17 minutes

Horrendous - Closed Sundays, what's the point coming to hospital with an urgent issue on a Sunday if you can't get the meds prescribed?! And "because systems arent advanced enough" you can't cash the script at any other pharmacy. Avoid the hospital on a Sunday unless you're sure you'll be admitted.

This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to. Totally disorganised with long wait to see somebody on the desk and then long wait to actually receive the prescription. Why does the hospital force us to use this ridiculously poor facility? Why can't my prescription be sent to my local pharmacy? That would also reduce the carbon footprint of care, because we would not have to make pointless car or public transport services to get to the hospital, instead of walking to a local pharmacy.

HATE having to go this pharmacy! Always ask you to wait 30mins - 1hour and staff all behave like dead souls. They need to put a process in place of preparing prescriptions when they receive them internally through the hospital system. People attending this pharmacy are unwell/pregnant and the service is disgusting! Review your methods of working to be more efficient and give your staff some customer service training please!

I would rate this place 0 stars if I could. I received an absolutely terrible service, this establishment is entirely incompetent. Under no circumstance should the wait time for a prescription be 40 mins, especially just for 1 cream. There are not even up to 15 people in the queue. All this goes to show is there is poor management, a lack of organisation from the team and lack of efficiency. The man staff member on the desk on duty at 12 noon with curly black hair was extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. He should NOT be on the front desk. He is a disgrace to the company. Avoid this place if you can, have the Doctor send your prescription elsewhere. This place is terrible.
