This chemist has got increasingly worse over the years. They have failed to deliever my Dads meds on several occasions. But this week they failed to not only deliver, and let us know, he's heart medication, not answer the phone and left a 95 year old man with no meds at all over the weekend! I could go on but im still stressed dealing with it all. We have now found another chemist and thankfully i had registered with them the day before so they issued Dad with a weeks emergency supply, thats good customer care and service. Avoid at any cost they are useless and dont care about their customers.

Dreadful, Pharmacist rude and they keep changing their opening times; I'm going to ask my GP to change to a different Pharmacy.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE !!! I would avoid this chemist and their reviews shows just why. I bought some Kedley knee protectors there and a wrist protector and have recently decided to buy finger tubular bandages and ice packs and ankle protectors in there and all sorts of other gels and tubular bandages and first aid items. I like to support local businesses and there is nothing they sell that you can’t buy online. I had the need to return 2 knee protectors and a wrist protector as I needed a size small but had purchased size large. I really needed an exchange and not even a refund but they didn’t have my size in the shop so I had no choice but to opt for a refund. The lady said she can’t refund me as the items which were fabric knee protectors were classed as “medicine”. They clearly were not anything medicinal and their shop does not display any signs whatsoever that they simply don’t do refunds as everything in there is classed as “ medicine” as they are a Pharmacy. My opinion is that it appeared they were desperate for the £20 business. I have spent probably over £300 in this shop in the last 8 weeks after breaking my little finger and having an ankle sprain and still have my receipts but won’t be giving them my custom anymore. Eventually I got a refund but the person that served me kept my original receipt. Whilst in there I felt appalled at their treatment of elderly customers, one lady saying she hasn’t had any tablets for 4 days and has sat in the shop for over an hour. She was frail with a walking stick and had got the bus to the chemist. Most Pharmacies I know do prompt local home visits ensuring elderly people get their medicine delivered to their door. That’s simply what Chemists do. I happen to see customer after customer leaving this shop with disappointment and the queue was long. Also I wouldn’t bother phoning them as they don’t seem to ever answer !

Disappointing Service and Unnecessary Delay I was extremely disappointed with the service I received at Well pharmacy in Swanley. Despite sending a prescription over a day ago for urgent medication, I was informed that it would take three days to be ready. When I inquired about alternative options, such as collecting the prescription and filling it at another pharmacy, I was met with a dismissive response. The pharmacy was not busy at the time, and I couldn't understand the reason for such a significant delay. Moreover, when I asked for advice on over-the-counter medications to alleviate my symptoms, the pharmacists seemed indifferent and unhelpful. Given the NHS's recommendation to consult pharmacists for minor ailments, this experience was particularly frustrating. I will definitely be changing my default pharmacy.

Absolutely amazing service today. Thank you so much to the manager pharmacists for working out the correct perscription for my 6 year old for the doctors to correct. Without your continued help i would have been waiting too long for a important medication and possibly ended up back in hospital again. Very grateful for you going above and beyond.

I've always had a good experience with Well, my prescription has only ever been missed once (GPs fault, not the pharmacy) and when I spoke to the pharmacist there they got me sorted very quickly. They are under staffed and under resourced like the rest of Britain's healthcare system but they do their best with what they have and I have utter respect and admiration for them

Went there Saturday morning to collect my mum's prescription which wasn't ready earlier in the week to find it closed!!! This from a pharmacy that boasts online about its system for reducing waiting times and ensuring they are well stocked. Well neither of these statements are true as I've experienced both long waiting times standing outside in the cold for half an hour and multiple visits to collect items which they said they didn't have in stock but we will next week! Will definitely be changing to another local pharmacy now.

The place is dirty and scruffy, the staff don’t look you in the eye. Tried to collect a prescription today 22/10/22 they are closed due to staff shortages but 2 pharmacists are in there and won’t answer door or phone! They never answer the phone. My mum has NO pills to take! Trying to get through to 111 to get an emergency supply

It is shocking to see how this chemist has gone down hill over the past few months. I usually get a text when my prescription is ready for collection. After a week, I visited to be told they had to order my items, I explained I was going on holiday and needed it before I left, but to no avail. When I returned I visited again, to be told the same thing. As they had one if the items I took that. Is there a shortage of medication? This week, I have visited the pharmacy on 3 occasions to try and collect a prescription, with no luck. My prescription was sent to them 27 September, again no text, and only two tablets left (14 October). Their Web site says they close 7pm. I was turned away from the door during my lunch break and told to come back after 4pm. Due to work I got there 5.20, a note on the door said they were closing at 6pm, but they shut the door to customers at 5.38! I understand they are short staffed. They were so lovely and helpful before. I really hope they can turn it around, for all swanley residents sakes.

Absolutely useless. They get my repeat prescription wrong nearly every month. Don't have a prescription sent there because you will be lucky if they are actually open. The regular Pharmacist is rude and arrogant. Much better off going to Asda!
